How it works
You and your agent work together to decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.
When you're ready to start, your Keller Williams VIP Properties agent will work with you to engage vendors and commission work.
Once the work is complete, your agent lists your home on the market.
After expressing interest, a Keller Williams VIP Properties agent will schedule a free strategy session with you. This will include a walkthrough of your home, followed by a proposal.
There are no minimums or maximums. The pre-sale renovation budget is based on the post-renovation value and equity in the home.
Our goal is to help as many clients as possible. However, we require a minimum of 20% to 30% equity in the home to qualify for the Enhance+ program.
